I have needed a locksmith twice in the past year and both times Courtney answered the phone immediately for me. She was extremely helpful in directing me to different lockout services and did her very best to help me while staying in contact with me and calling me back to check up on me. Even though I did not use her service because her locksmith guy was too expensive, he was not willing to be competitive with other lock out services. With that being sad Courtney pointed me in the right direction to where I could get some help and satisfaction. Thanks Courtney!

🙌Tammy is a pro! Told me her ETA was 15mins and she showed up in 10!!! When I called 2 other locksmiths in the area they said it would be 45mins to an hour wait and would charge 80-$100. She was quick, easy on the car and very efficient. Thank you for your help!!!!!

3 appointments set with no shows, unable to fix my sliding glass door lock (damaging the door and the door frame with drilled holes and cut metal), installed another dead bolt lock crooked, then when I finally spoke to the owner at the company, he said 'they don't know how to fix sliding glass door locks and should not take those service calls'. He also mentioned the person that put in the dead bolt had never done it before. They had no problem cashing my check (without sending a receipt). I have a ton of patience but this is ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I was really wanting to support a local business.
